Julie is a Certified Master Coach through the ICF Center for Coaching Certification. Prior to becoming a leadership and career coach, Julie led successful teams in corporate America for 12 years. In addition to authoring two books, her greatest career achievement was being a part of creating an employee-driven culture where people collaborated together. She is a believer in building trust with her team through vulnerability based leadership.
Stefanie is a professionally-trained coach and active member of the International Coach Federation. Prior to starting her coaching practice, Stefanie worked in all aspects of both nonprofit and for-profit companies: program development, marketing and sales, consulting, and data and technology. She is driven to deliver coaching programs that allow individuals and teams to do meaningful work with creativity and consistent processes. She believes that every problem has a solution and every person has a purpose.

Emerging, high potential, and new leaders and managers are ideal participants for this Leading with Focus workshop series. We expect 12-24 participants that are actively or will be soon managing people and/or projects to attend.
The ROI on the time and money invested is significant. We expect leaders to walk away with the focused skills needed to do their jobs more effectively, while influencing and positively impacting those around them, leading to higher employee engagement, more retention of top talent, and better business results.
Our one-day training and four group coaching calls are mandatory for all participants. We expect active participation in this highly interactive workshop series. It is critical that all participants create and sustain a safe place to learn and develop essential skills for leadership development. While the six skill areas are a part of the core curriculum, each participant will tailor their own individual leadership plan with scenarios and real-life application throughout the series.
There are four group coaching calls following the one-day in-person training. This is critical because learning is retained through repetition. The reason most one-time training programs fail to produce business results is because people return to their previous mindset soon after, and do not have focus. With the four group coaching calls, we have the opportunity to reinforce the six skill areas, discuss real life successes and challenges, and learn alongside like-minded leaders in the community. Julie and Stefanie will facilitate the calls with set agendas to frame focused discussions.
