From September to November, a group of 6 to 10 managers from small Indy companies will meet every other week. Together we'll work through the syllabus and your business challenges so you leave the program with a ton of new tools and processes and a very clear plan for your management style. You'll also have a one-on-one coaching session in September to customize the experience. Click on each day's topic in the Syllabus to see more details.
In addition to getting to know each other, identify your management style and the roles your team members play on the team.
Learn how to focus your business challenge and clarify your team's work.
Set energizing stretch goals. Problem solve by connecting ideas in creative ways and with a growth mindset.
Define your strategy with a powerful action plan. Unify your team's activities to see new business results.
Adapt to upcoming changes and challenge how things have been done in the past. Intentionally communicate, influence, and collaborate.
Take action by holding yourself and others accountable. Learn to deliver positive feedback and generate momentum with small and big wins. Plus we'll celebrate as a "class" with a happy hour and discuss next steps.
Hi! I'm Stefanie Krievins, a certified coach and problem solver. If you are a newer (or soon-to-be) manager, I want to invite you to this inaugural Problem Solvers School Masterclass. It has been designed specifically for those who lead teams and want to really make a difference with their work. If you want to learn how to communicate and listen more effectively, take responsibility for new results, and study new processes to solve a current complex business problem, join us this September!
These management fundamentals have been chosen based on my years working with small business leaders and nonprofit executives and their teams. Many managers begin in their role wanting to leverage their people in the best way, see transformative results, and become confident. Unfortunately these same managers don't receive adequate training AND put that training into practice until almost ten years into their supervisory experience.
The Problem Solvers School isn't for employees who want to continue to blame others or for those who don't want to actively participate in their own development. Instead, if you think missing deadlines, communicating inadequately, and having confusing processes are unacceptable, join us and some new friends in learning a way of doing business that allows you to really connect with your team and do work that matters together.
Pre-work sent in advance
Individual coaching session and all materials included
Registration closes on Sept. 1 or when the class fills, whichever comes first!
This Masterclass is best for those who will be promoted to a manager in the next year or have been a manager for less than five and need to build critical skills. Also, students need to be able to bring an essential business problem that can be implemented on/after December 2017.
Once you register you can expect an initial email within a few days with more details on the program. Closer to the start date you'll also receive pre-work and instructions on framing your business challenge for School. In addition to the in-class time, you'll receive a customized one-on-one coaching session with Stefanie to help you make the most out of this experience.
Making changes and seeing new results takes time. This program has been designed to ensure you'll be equipped to change and manage in new ways. Like my other clients, the more you invest and participate the more success you'll have.
