“It takes really good people to run really good organizations.”
Nathan Hand is all things fundraising! He fundraises by day, for a local private school. He teaches fundraising to others, at The Fund Raising School at Indiana University. He volunteers for fundraisers, by serving as president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He studied it at Indiana University and Georgetown University. And he blogs about it at nonprofitnate.com.
When he was feeling frustrated in his career, Nathan took to blogging to share his perspective and ideas—and it paid off for him. I admire Nathan because he is resourceful, creative, and deeply passionate about his work. He combines his heart with his education and his experience and has created a life that is meaningful for him. And has impacted many others in the process.
